Formé à l'Entente Sud Gascogne ces trois dernières années, Pierre Cazaux a fini par séduire un groupe sportif professionnel à l'orée de la saison 2008. C'est l'équipe continentale Roubaix Lille Métropole que le jeune homme de 23 ans a rejoint pour y faire ses débuts à l'échelon supérieur.
