2004 champ Justin England made a late solo attack to claim his second Nevada City Classic on Sunday, June 15th. His first win as a member of the Toyota-United Pro Cycling Team came in what is considered by many cycling aficionados to be the toughest one-day race in America.

Justin England took up cycling in 2002 after a collegiate distance running career at East Carolina University. In 2004, he joined Webcor Builders, his first pro team, and worked for Chris Horner as he dominated the domestic cycling scene.
