Whilst the big bucks transfer market and scrabble for Pro Continental and Tour licences recently finished up, some teams quietly went about their business of preparing for a big 2011. One Continental team which has considerably increased its fire power is Donckers Koffie – Jelly Belly.

With the Giro well and out of the way and the pre-Tour prep races about to hit full steam, it's worth a quick look back at another race that was lost in the shuffle: the Tour of Belgium. We caught up with Englishman James Spragg after he survived a wet, windy and wild five days.
