In the autumn of 2009 James Moss was still a surveyor and a ‘weekend warrior’ on the bike – within weeks he was a full time pro with Scotland’s Endura Racing team, duelling with the Pro Tour squads in the Tour of the Mediterranean and Tour of Murcia.

James Moss (Endura Racing) first spoke to us before Xmas; it was his intention to do a neo-pro’s blog for us from the Tour of the Med, Haut Var, and the Tour of Murcia. However, the life of a pro cyclist being as it is, it didn’t come to pass due to a variety of factors.

Before January 1st, James Moss worked in his office as a property surveyor, but after the New Year, his life changed: that’s the day he became a full time professional bike rider for Team Endura Racing.
