Con el Tour a la vuelta de la esquina, nos concentramos en ciclistas que estarán involucrados en la acción en el mes de julio. Comenzamos con uno de los componentes de la talentosa plantilla que llevará el Etixx-QuickStep: el debutante checo Petr Vakoč.

In recent years, more and more riders kept emerging from Central Europe, and one of these is the Czech Petr Vakoè, who had a superb season in 2013, winning the U23 Vuelta a la Comunidad de Madrid, the Grand Prix Kralovehradeckeho kraje, the Okolo Slovenska, a stage in the Czech Tour, as well as finishing second in the European Championships that took place in his home country.

This 21 year-old rider from the Czech Republic will be riding for OPQS in 2014-15. He is stepping up to the world tour after a brilliant 2013, riding for Etixx-Ihned.
