Sean Yates is quite a legend in the sport of cycling. We are the same age (he’s actually younger by six days LoL) but yet it is surreal to know and be writing about Sean because when I was a young rider, I was reading about him from the other side of the world and he was already making it big in the sport and seemed older!

Il a été l’un des plus grands guerriers du cyclisme de sa Majesté, l’un de ses meilleurs agents et l’un des maîtres du temps sur le chrono, vainqueur de grandes étapes épiques comme cette 6ème du Tour de France 1988, un contre-la-montre de 52km, ce même grand tour où il porta le maillot jaune en 1994, puis une étape sur la Vuelta, Paris Nice, Tour de Belgique, étape sur le Dauphiné Libéré. Sean Yates fait partie du « Hall of Fame » du cyclisme et pas seulement celui du British Cycling (Fédération Britannique), son nom est inscrit à jamais dans la mémoire du temple.
