After a great 2008 road season (a win in the Boulder Roubaix road race and two 2nd places against national-level professional competition at the NRC race Tour de Nez), Jonathan Baker is heading for Belgium to race Cyclocross for the second year running.

Back home Jonathan Baker is a top-level amateur racer who can hang with most of the U.S. pros. Right now he is in Europe, spending four months chasing some of the world's fastest cyclocross racers around mud- and manure-filled European fields.

Jonathan Baker jumped into the 2006 cyclocross season with back to back victories at the Tailwind Enterprises - Kinetic systems UCI weekend in Michigan. Racing for Primus Mootry bicycles out of Colorado, Jon is looking good to improve upon a stellar 2005 cross season.
