El líder del Euskaltel consideraba antes de ver cómo perdía 1:20 en la etapa de ayer a Contador como gran favorito porque le ve como el único capaz de ganar en un mismo año Giro y Tour. Aunque sueña con el podio, recuerda que con lograr una victoria de etapa Euskaltel debería estar satisfecho.
