Iran's Hossein Alizadeh succeeded in capturing the final victory in the 2011-2012 UCI Asia Tour after less than ten competitions this season. The 24-years-old climber, won the Tour of Qinghai Lake, in China, and gave Tabriz Petrochemical Team a third individual overall victory in three years. Alizadeh now expects to sign to a European team as did the 2011 UCI Asia Tour winner, Mehdi Sohrabi, to Lotto-Belisol.
