Niccolò Bonifazio is a very talented sprinter from Lampre – Merida. He won 7 races in his first year as an U23 rider which is really special in Italy. In 2013 he again won 7 races and got close to a few more wins a couple of times. Those good results earned him an intern spot at Lampre Merida at the end of 2013. In his first race for Lampre – Merida he sprinted to an 11th place in the GP Banca di Legnano – Coppa Bernocchi at just 19 years of age. The now 20 year old Bonifazio has a great career ahead of him.
