In our first installment of our four-part interview with Garmin-Cervélo's Jonathan Vaughters, we talked about how the merger (if that's the right word) came about between two ambitious, young franchises. From instability comes some serious ballast; from chaos comes a broader program, a bigger, more ambitious single project under the Slipstream Sports franchise.
