A 53 ans, le Franc-Comtois Joël Pelier était loin du monde du vélo. Lui, l’un des plus grands champions Français dans les années 80-90 avait raccroché sa machine et rangé ses tenues en 1990 pour se consacrer d’abord à sa famille puis à sa passion quelques années plus tard en devenant un artiste sculpteur reconnu.
