Il periodo invernale per i corridori studenti è anche l'occasione per portarsi avanti con lo studio. Manuel Quinziato sarà presto dottore e proprio in questi giorni, tra gli allenamenti (quando lo raggiungiamo telefonicamente è appena tornato dalla prima uscita di 5 ore della stagione in compagnia di Fran Ventoso, ndr) e le feste di fine anno, sta ultimando la sua tesi di laurea.
