Un test à l’effort passé le 31 décembre et Fabien Canal était contraint d'arrêter sa carrière, victime d’une anomalie cardiaque. "Mon cœur était monté à 300 pulsations", déclarait-il (lire ici). Et toute pratique sportive intense lui est alors interdite. Pourtant, neuf mois plus tard, l’ancien coureur de l’Armée de Terre a annoncé son retour. Il explique à DirectVelo ce retournement de situation.
