Quando Brambilla apre il gas non ce n’è per nessuno, e stavolta la bici non c’entra. Per lui i fornelli non hanno segreti, si destreggia in cucina come fra i tornanti, se ci fosse una maglia rosa degli chef pedalanti (quella vera l’ha indossata due giorni al Giro 2016) ne sarebbe il padrone incontrastato.
