La capacidad de consumir oxígeno sobre unas ruedas, al aire libre a ser posible, se ha traducido en títulos durante la trayectoria deportiva de Xabier Zabalo. Campeón de Navarra y de España de patinaje en línea como junior, y desde el domingo poseedor del título vasco de ciclismo en ruta.
