Charly Wegelius wasnt meant to be riding the Tour but due to a certain Mr Dekkers problems back in his Rabobank days, the Englishman with the Finnish name got the call to arms. Right after stage 3 he took time to talk to Pez about weddings, stress, zoos, and, oh, yeah Lance.
