29-year-old Dave Zabriskie is currently recuperating and training in his native Salt Lake City, Utah, after crashing out of the Giro d'Italia. When he crashed, Zabriskie injured his L1 vertebrae and subsequently returned to the States to begin the long road to full recovery.
