Oskar Svendsen is a 19 year old GC prospect from Norway. He showed he has great skills against the clock by becoming World Champion in the junior category in 2012. Last year he finished 5th in the GC ofTour de l’Avenir as a first year u23 rider. Besides his results on the road he also has unbelievable tests results, he has the highest VO2 max (97,5) ever measured. Svendsen could well be the GC rider Norway has been waiting for.
