The 33 year old Frank Vandenbroucke is getting yet another chance in cycling, having signed a one year contract with Mitsubishi-MKG, the former Jartazi Continental Team. With his victories in Het Volk and Liege-Bastogne-Liege in 1999, "L'Enfant Terrible" once stole the hearts of cycling fans.

Ivan Stevic (Toyota-United) is the 2007 UCI B Road World Champion. The 27 year old Serbian rider also won a stage at last years Tour de Georgia adn could be one of the aces in the sleeve of Toyota-United at the upcoming Tour of California.

An ankle injury in November meant that Italian cyclo-cross specialist Enrico Franzoi was unable to defend his national title in his home city of Venice. Now recovered, Franzoi talks about the prospect of racing the World Championships in front of 20,000 screaming fans in Treviso.

The first professional Cyclocross team in Canada, Stevens Bikes, was presented last October in Ottawa. One of their riders, Vicki Thomas, rode at the UCI Masters Cyclocross World Championships in the Women’s 30-39 category, which took place in Mol, Belgium on January 19.
