Remaining UCI Pro-Conti teams also known

The UCI has just released the remaining licenses for 2011 in the Professional-Continental class. Besides the 16 teams already reported earlier this week by CyclingFever, 7 other teams have now been added to the final list. There are 23 Pro-Conti teams registered for 2011 in total, as opposed to 21 teams in 2010.The Belgians will be pleased: they have Verandas Willems - Accent as a third team in the second division. A first for Canada though, Team Spidertech powered by C10 also promoted to the Pro-Conti ranks. Lucas Euser can be quoted as having an "emotional moment right now at team camp", it is obvious that he's very pleased for the whole team. Finally, Colombia Es Pasion - Cafe De Colombia is the last new team that makes the second division in cycling.
The remaining four teams holding on to their licence for 2011 are:
Andalucia Caja Granada (ESP)
De Rosa - Ceramica Flaminia (IRL)
Acqua & Sapone (ITA)
CCC Polsat Polkowice (POL)
The odd one out is the Australian team Pegasus Sports. They will be gutted not getting a license in the Pro-Conti ranks, as they applied for a ProTour status earlier this year. Their plans to race as many European races as possible might be cut short now they missed out on the coveted license. According to Velonews, Pegasus now has until December 15th to submit the paperwork needed to convince the UCI commitee of Pro-Conti worthyness.
