It's the depths of winter in the northern hemisphere and all the track racing is indoors, but in Tasmania the Christmas Carnival Series has been enjoying the outdoor concrete velodromes. Ed Hood caught up with one of the top riders of the series, Stephen Hall, to hear all about it.
