In our series "Innovations behind the Team Argos-Shimano Express," we provide some unique insights into the Team Argos-Shimano Express. In our third episode we explain how creating the perfect sprint train takes many years of work and analysis. Trainer and coach Adriaan Helmantel and scientific expert Teun van Erp work daily in our science lab to create the best team possible by analyzing graphics, performing research and creating rider-specific training plans. All this is to decrease the role that luck plays and create more chances to win the sprint. Watch this video to see how our sprint train works.
