Luke Keough joins the UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team from Team SmartStop Presented by Mountain Khakis, making the jump to the Pro Continental level. The 21-year-old Sandwich, Massachusetts, native will race alongside older brother Jake Keough — one of the country's most successful domestic riders — and is expected to add a significant punch to an already stacked group of sprinters on the 2013 squad.
