Born just off the coast of Australia on an island 10 miles long and 1 mile wide meant that Cameron had anything but a normal path into the professional peloton. A mild obsession with singer / songwriter Delta Goodren provoked an urge to explore the world beyond his shores. Naturally Cam first needed to master the art of rowing before he could turn his attention to the roads of Europe and beyond. A chance encounter with Ivan Basso during a training ride in Italy struck up a friendship between the two taking Cam from Cast Away to Cannondale Pro cyclist. It's been a long journey for Cameron and the road is about to get a lot bumpier as he takes to the road at the 2013 Vuelta a Espaņa. Follow his progress and the team!
