Ten years after winning the U23 title and embarking for a journey to Europe, Simon Gerrans became the professional Australian champion at the same time he joined a team from his country for the first time. He’ll be closely watched during the Santos Tour Down Under (17-22 January), a race he won with French team Ag2r back in 2006.
