This 24 year old from Lampre-Merida, is a talented young rider that likes a sprint after a hard day of work. Despite his age, he has taken part in the Vuelta and Tour de France. He was very close on stage 2 of the Tour, this year, when he was 4th and just missed out on claiming the white jersey. He starts 2014 with a return to the Tour in mind but will also look to make an impact in the Classics.
