Gallego, concretamente de Moaña y ciclista profesional desde 2008 cuando fichó por el Karpin-Galicia. Nuestro protagonista de hoy es Delio Fernández, actual corredor del OFM- Quinta da Lixa y tercer clasificado en la Volta a Portugal 2014.
