Since Frey has committed to the rigors of Ivy League scholarship and twenty-five hours of weekly training, prioritizing his time is a key concern. Many college students just don’t get it - but Frey has it figured out and has become very successful with planning the work, then working the plan.

At the USA Cycling National Festival, held in Seven Springs this July, Nick Frey (HART), a 20-year-old junior at Princeton University, surprised a deep field of 112 riders with a 1.3-second victory in the men's U23 time trial event.
