Linda Villumsen, die afgelopen jaar de Europese Titel veroverde in het tijdrijden, werkt hard aan haar comeback. De jonge Deense viel afgelopen seizoen ongelukkig tijdens Rund um Nürnberger Aldstadt in Duitsland. Nu, bijna drie maanden later, zit ze weer op de fiets.

Linda Villumsen, last years TT European Champion, is working hard to make her comeback in the women’s peloton. The young Danish rider crashed seriously during last years ‘Rund um die Nürnberger Aldstadt’ in Germany. Now, almost three months later, she is back on her bike.

In 1996, Bjarne Riis became a national hero throughout Denmark in the Tour de France. Soon after, Linda Villumsen borrowed a bike from the local club team, Herning CK, got her license and started racing every weekend.
