"Having a season off at 34 wasn't a good option"

When Rock Racing failed to gain a UCI licence in 2010, Glen Chadwick went back to swinging a hammer in his hometown of Rockhampton, Australia. In 2011 he was back on the bike, this time with PureBlack Racing and was competing in many of the same US races he'd previously tackled.

Glen Chadwick had a banner year in 2008 with quite a quiver of top placings and victories. For 2009, he moved across from Team Type 1 to the (in)famous Rock Racing squad. Chadwick takes a look back at the Tour of California that was and what's still to come!

After spending only one week in Beijing, Glen Chadwick was back in the United States racing at the Tour of Utah, finishing in third-place finish overall and claiming the King of the Mountain title. A relaxed and joking Chaddy shared some of his memories about his Olympic experience.

Winner of two stages in the Tour de Beauce presently being held in Canada, kiwi Glen Chadwick, of the Navigators Insurance Cycling team, is a determined and tough climber who has won on the hills and mountains of Hungary, Korea, Belgium, Switzerland, Taiwan, China and Australia.
