Paul Oldham suddenly seemed to burst onto the MTB and CX scene in 2007, producing some excellent rides that resulted in a trip to the World XC Championships in Fort William and to the World CX Championships in Treviso, Italy.

Lancashire based all-rounder Paul Oldham represented GB at the cyclo-cross Worlds in September, the month after he became a father for the first time. This month he claimed the overall win in the National Trophy series, finishing second in the final round at Derby College.
