Il est le plus grand du peloton pro avec son double mètre, l’Irlandais Conor Dunne (JLT Condor) est l’un des « riders » du team de John Herety « JLT Condor ». Lui qui préfère les bonnes classiques et les longs raids comme sur les derniers mondiaux à Richmond aux USA, il est devenu l’un des piliers du team Britannique. Le genre de bonhomme capable de faire péter un peloton dans les derniers km. Pas de « melon » vissé sur les épaules mais une envie de combattant pour le travail bien fait, discrètement mais sûrement.

Roadside at the Westrozebeke kermis in Flanders Ed Hood spotted a rider worth a chat, AN Post Chain Reaction’s Irishman, Conor Dunne. At over two meters tall and racing aggressively he was a hard man to miss on his green XXLarge Vitus. Ed caught up with him after the race…
