RIDE caught up with MTN-Qhubeka’s team principle Douglas Ryder to find out more about the rise and rise of Teklehaimanot, the winner of the polka-dot jersey in the recent Critérium du Dauphiné and a rider who has been on the attack day after day at the end of the first week of his first Tour.
