It was a bitter/sweet US Pro Criterium Championship in Grand Rapids, Michigan for Brad Huff, who was second for the second year, beaten by his friend, but rival on the US crit scene, Ken Hanson of Kelly Benefits. This year, however, has been a great one for the Missouri-native; Ed Hood recently caught up with the six-time winner in 2012.

After a tough start to the season, Brad Huff seems to be back on track, racking up wins at the Superweek crit in Racine and the Chicago Criterium last Sunday. Just in time for crit season as the 30-year old ramps up for Downer’s Grove in two weekends where he hopes to win, once again, the USA Pro Crit title.

Since his return to racing earlier in June after knee injuries kept him away in the beginning of the season, the 29-year old has been showing great form with top 3 finishes at Commerce Bank Leigh Valley Classic, stage at Joe Martin Stage Race and a stage win in Tour of Arkansas.
