“The performance motivates me. It’s in my nature. I’m lucky enough to really love cycling and have a competitive personality, so the top level of the sport really motivates me and drives me forward. The good thing with performance is that the more you can achieve, the more you want to achieve, it’s never ending. That keeps me going.”
