Koen Bouwman (21) is dit najaar stagiair bij LottoNL-Jumbo en kijkt zijn ogen uit. Voor renners zonder contract in 2016 komt er zo tegen het einde van het wielerseizoen een spannende tijd aan. Ook voor Bouwman, die zichzelf tot aan zijn 22ste gaf om de stap naar de profs te maken.

Je suis déçu mais la course n’est pas finie.
2ème aujourd’hui sur la 2ème étape et 7ème au général, le jeune Anglais Alex Peters (SEG Racing Team), 19 ans, reste déçu de sa performance. Mais rien n’est joué encore sur ce Tour de Normandie que personne ne semble contrôler réellement.
