Chris Harper (BridgeLane) is arguably Australia’s best climber not racing on the WorldTour. After finishing fourth at last year’s Tour of Japan, Harper headed to the 2019 edition and won not only the brutal Mt. Fuji stage but also the race overall and the best young rider classification.
