Adam Hartley had a breakthrough year last season, competing with some of the best young climbers in the world to finish eighth overall in the Tour d’Alsace. This season, still only 20, he has moved to the continental-level SEG Racing Academy.

A Season of Ups and Downs
This year, until Tour of Britain time, season 2018 hadn’t gone as he’d have liked. However the Tour of Britain saw him finish in one piece against the strongest of opposition and delivered a welcome boost to his flagging self-confidence.
