On Tuesday of this week a launch was held for the FBD Insurance Rás. Two of those present were Conor Murphy and Paul Healion, who will be competing with the Grant Thornton Ireland and Murphy and Gunn/Newlyn Group teams in the race. IrishCycling had a quick chat with both to talk about their targets for the Rás.
