Igor Antón scored his biggest win in the sixteenth stage of the Vuelta a España 2006, between Almería and the Calar Alto Observatory. Perhaps he can gain another victory when the Vuelta again departs from Almería, this time heading to the previously unused climb of the Alto de Velefique.
