21-year-old Essex cyclist Alex Dowsett overcame searing heat and exhaustion to win the gold medal in the U23 European Time Trial Championship. The former Olympic Academy rider was Great Britain's sole entrant in Turkey and it was his first major outing since breaking his scapula in May.

Jesse Sergent talks Qatar and Oman
22 year old Jesse Sergent opened his international road season with two back to back tours, the six stage Tour of Qatar and two days later the six stage Tour of Oman. Jesse is currently in Invercargill preparing for the upcoming Track Worlds.
