En 2010, Luis Leon Sanchez avait terminé deuxième de Paris-Nice après s’est classé à ce même rang sur le Tour d’Algarve et, plus tôt, sur le Tour Down Under, se rendant entre temps sur le Challenge de Majorque. C’est un programme identique qu’il suit actuellement, la course portugaise débutant ce mercredi et symbolisant l’approche de plus en plus pressante des premières échéances de mars. Le site espagnol Cobbles & Hills, partenaire de Velochrono, a interrogé le Murcien, déterminé à faire mieux, cette année, que la précédente, sa première sous le maillot de Rabobank.
