The French champion has chosen the Tour of San Luis and now the Tour of Oman to gear up for the Spring classics. After riding very aggressively and being caught at the very end of stage 4 won by Andre Greipel, Sylvain Chavanel strongly hopes to win a big one this year, as he realizes that he’s in his thirteenth season as a pro rider at the age of 32. He also intends to bring some excitement at the Tour de France, as he did two years ago with taking the yellow jersey on two occasions.

Frenchman Jeremy Roy is ready to go on the attack again as his FDJ-BigMat team has returned to the World Tour.
The most aggressive rider of the 2011 Tour de France – with a total of 750 kilometers of breakaway, which is one fifth of the all course – is back in business, but he didn’t escape at all during the Santos Tour Down Under.
