Zachary Bell
PEZ Talk: Canadian Champ, Zach Bell

Pez Cyclingnews, 21 August 2013
The last time we caught up with Canada’s Zach Bell (Champion System) was just after he’d won stage Four of the UCI 2.1 Tour de Taiwan, back in the spring. Since then he’s been busy; collecting another stage in a Far Eastern race – the Tour of Korea – and pulling on the maple leaf jersey of Canadian Elite Road Race Champion. Prior to that Taiwan stage, Bell’s last international road win was in his breakthrough year of 2007, riding for the Symmetrics team, with stage wins in the Vuelta a El Salvador and Delta Tour in Canada, plus the overall GC in the latter.

PEZ Talk: Svein Tuft
He’s the man who used to take off with his dog on the bike trailer and head into the wilderness of the Yukon to camp rough for weeks on end. But there’s not much scope for the solitary life when you’re riding the Tour de France – especially as lantern rouge when L’Equipe prints your picture every da

PEZ Talk: David Veilleux
AS well as providing confirmation of Chris Froome’s position as Tour de France favourite, the 2013 Dauphine demonstrated that slowly but surely Europcar’s 25 year-old French Canadian David Veilleux is moving towards the highest levels of the sport. We spoke to him at the end of last season after he

Ardennes loom large but Giro remains Hesjedal's top goal.
Ryder Hesjedal (Garmin Sharp) continues his build-up to a defence at the Giro d'Italia with the Ardennes Classics kicking off this weekend. The Canadian rider has always been a factor in Amstel, Flèche and Liège, with top-ten placings in each event over the last few years, and with Dan Martin in

PEZ Talk: Zach Bell
Track riding at the Olympics, road riding at the highest level and even wrestling – Zach Bell has certainly done it all. After being picked up by Champion System following on from SpiderTech’s withdrawal, Zach has recently repaid the multinational squad with a great stage win at the Tour de Taiwan.
