Lars Petter Nordhaug had a breakthrough year in 2012 with Team SKY, with winning the GP Montreal as an absolute highlight. He also had some bad luck in 2012, in the Amstel Gold Race he was looking for a great result when Cunego rode in his wheel in the finale 400 meter. Lars Petter crashed and wasn’t 100% fit anymore for the Fleche Wallone and Liège-Bastogne-Liège. These 3 races were also Nordhaug his big goal in 2013 but a crash in Milan-San Remo and an illness just before the Amstel ruined his prepartion. “I’m ready to develop myself further,” says Norwegian Lars Petter NordhaugOn the back of the strongest year of his career, Norwegian Lars Petter Nordhaug has inked a deal to move from the British Team Sky to the Dutch Rabobank squad. The 28 year old has signed a two year contract, and will compete there until the end of 2014.
