"A win is a win is a win, and they're hard to come by"
Garmin's Will Frischkorn has made a name for himself on the ProTour as an aggressive, all-arounder with no fear of a day-long break. In fact, it was a day-long break at Stage 3 of the Tour de France last year, which netted him a spectacular 2nd place.

Coming back stronger

Happy with Giro
Sometimes you don’t have to win to make a strong impression. That’s certainly the case for Tyler Farrar, who proved that he’s reached a new level in the rough-and-tumble world of field sprints. With two seconds and one third, Farrar came close to the elusive breakthrough victory.

Zabriskie at the Giro
We're talking to Dave Zabriskie via IM, as he has a circus phone that doesn't work in Italy and he's in a hotel with no phones (I think he's in the outhouse right now)

Svein Tuft

Back in the Saddle
Svein Tuft (Garmin-Slipstream) has to hope his bad luck is out of the way. At February’s Tour of California he took a bad spill, hitting his head. Then in early April, at Three Days of De Panne, he plowed spectacularly into a traffic island with tree planters, injuring his knee.

Getting back on top of things
